Venue: Churchend Academy – Arc Building, Usk Rd, Reading, RG30 4HP

Join Curiosity Science Club for 60 minutes of exciting, action packed science and technology! Each week we will be exploring a different scientific topic. Our sessions provide an educational but nurturing and calm activity at the end of a busy school day.

You will get to use different laboratory equipment and carry out new experiments every week. Curiosity Science Club is heaps of fun and will give you an engaging and immersive scientific experience!

Suitable for children in Year 1 through to Year 6. Each session will take place on a Monday afternoon in the Churchend Academy Arc building from 15:15pm – 16:30pm on the following dates:

Dates for academic term September -December 2025:

  • Starting Date: Session 1 - Monday 15th September
  • Session 2 - Monday 22nd September
  • Session 3 - Monday 29th September
  • Session 4 - Monday 6th October
  • Session 5 - Monday 13th October
  • Session 6 - Monday 20th October
  • Half term 
  • Churchend School INSET day - Monday 3rd November
  • Session 7 - Monday 10th November
  • Session 8 - Monday 17th November
  • Session 9 - Monday 24th November
  • End Date:  Session 10 - Monday 1st December
