Venue: Churchend Academy – Arc Building, Usk Rd, Reading, RG30 4HP

Join Curiosity Science Club for 60 minutes of exciting, action packed science and technology! Each week we will be exploring a different scientific topic. Our sessions provide an educational but nurturing and calm activity at the end of a busy school day.

You will get to use different laboratory equipment and carry out new experiments every week. Curiosity Science Club is heaps of fun and will give you an engaging and immersive scientific experience!

Suitable for children in Year 1 through to Year 6. Each session will take place on a Monday afternoon in the Churchend Academy Arc building from 15:15pm – 16:30pm on the following dates:

Dates for academic term April - July Summer Course 2026:

  • Starting Date: Session 1 - Monday 20th April
  • Session 2 - Monday 27th April
  • Early May Bank holiday
  • Session 3 - Monday 11th May
  • Session 4 - Monday 18th May
  • May Half Term
  • Session 5 - Monday 1st June
  • Session 6 - Monday 8th June
  • Session 7 - Monday 15th June
  • Session 8 - Monday 22nd June
  • Please note - There will be no session on Monday 29th June
  • Session 9 - Monday 6th July
  • End Date:  Session 10 - Monday 13th July

Please pick up your child promptly at 16:30pm from the side door of the Ark building.
